We operate both ways. Many of our clients choose Retained for the simple reason that they can pay a monthly retainer through the search process and not one lump sum, all at once. On the flip side, we also perform searches on a Contingency basis. We put the details in front of you in the beginning so that everyone has a clear understanding of what to expect and how the process works. Whether Retained or Contingency, our consultants work extremely hard at what they do and pride themselves on finding candidates that are quality physicians that “fit” into your practice.
